I’m not 100% sure, but I think the circular blue bicycle signs after every intersection (such as at 1:15) indicate mandatory use.
Nice. Those bikeways are indeed narrow considering the heavy use. Do you have the option of using vehicle lanes if the bike & pedestrian paths are too congested?
