8 Thoughts to “Group Ride Cycling Tips–Gear Ranges”
it’s an oval crank, so called better, just look it up, rotor is a well known dealer
What’s the deal with your crankset? Looks way outta balance…
Group rides are definitely better. I went by myself and then another cyclist went zooming past me on a trail. I then tried to keep up.
Great information, to the point. great video!
solid video, subbbed fo sho.
A great thing to do, as Graeme teaches in his training systems, is to vary you pedaling speed etc and technique to see gains in power and endurance etc.
with the exception of the side panels which can be team color. didnt he mention in the cervelo s3 tri setup video that team colors were orange? thus they would still fit.
