I have got to get your system. I watch all the videos and get super excited about riding more when I watch these tips. Have you ever thought of video taping your races/challenges out on the bike. I think that would really be great so see first hand what all the tips and tricks will led up to and allow you to accomplish from following the system. I record my rides out with the guys. Check out my channel if you like. Thanks for the information. Great as usual.
